Spectre will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered & free of damages by the customer. For an exchange, mail out your item within 17 days from the receipt of original order. Item cannot be returned after 17 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all Spectre tags still attached & must be in their original packaging such as boxing.
